Debate continues over new development project in Tarpon Springs

For the second time in months, Tarpon Springs city commissioners are deciding whether to allow a developer to start work on a 400-plus apartment complex. This means 74 acres are at the center of lawsuits, along with a contentious back-and-forth with environmental groups, the developer and the city.
