Today's tropical weather forecast

Meteorologist Jim Weber says the tropics -- including the Caribbean Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean -- are still quiet as we head into the final week of July. August and September are historically when tropical weather tends to ramp-up.
