Full press conference: Tampa mayor discusses Boom by the Bay plans

In addition to fireworks, there will be live entertainment, food trucks and contests on Saturday, July 1. The city of Tampa is offering free 4 hour parking for anyone displaying a disabled parking permit or license plate.
