Sensors reveal power of water during hurricanes

Hurricane Ian brought more than 13 feet of storm surge that took over Fort Myers Beach, and the water was so powerful that entire homes floated away. Scientists from Tampa put sensors on the beach to study the power of water, providing valuable new data.
