TPD saves woman having mental health crisis

Sgt. Dusty Rhodes and Sgt. Kenny Petrillo saved Vanessa Mitchell's life several months ago after finding her on the side of the road with a gun in her hand. The officers were able to connect with Mitchell, who said a hug changed everything.
