'Raining Cats and Dogs' holds costume contest in studio

Dog Bar St. Pete will hold its annual Spooky Pooch Costume "Pawty" this weekend, and the Raining Cats and Dogs Rescue brought some of its dogs into studio for a little costume contest of their own.
