Murder arrest in mistaken identity road rage crash

FOX 13's Kailey Tracy reports that a man who was trying to chase down his girlfriend has been charged with first-degree murder. St. Petersburg police say he assumed she was in a Honda Accord that he saw and intentionally forced it off the road into a concrete pole, but an innocent couple heading to Walmart were in the car.
