FSU mass shooting suspect to face judge

Phoenix Ikner is expected to appear in court on Tuesday for the first time since last month’s deadly mass shooting at Florida State University, which the 20-year-old is accused of carrying out. FOX 13’s Regina Gonzalez reports.
