Reform coming to Hillsborough juvenile justice

Hillsborough Chief Judge Ron Ficarrotta has seen it all on the bench, " it breaks your heart you see these because you see them graduating but the scale of crime, " said Ficarrotta. He knows its easy to get into the Criminal Justice System but its hard to get out, "if your young and you have an arrest record I mean come on..you're going to be such washing cars and flipping burgers, " said Ficarrotta.
