Police seek help identifying body

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a body found in west Tampa on Tuesday afternoon. Investigators say a passer-by spotted the body of an adult woman behind some bushes near the southeast corner of W. Spruce Street and N. Oregon Avenue.
