Offshore drilling exemption greanted to FL

Last week, the Trump administration announced it would expand offshore drilling into the Gulf of Mexico. But Tuesday night after a brief conversation with Governor Rick Scott, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke announced Florida would be exempt.
