Dog reunites with owner from another state

A Bay Area humane society is crediting a microchip that helped reunite an owner with his dog, two years later. The Humane Society of Tampa Bay shared video onto its Facebook page of the reunion. Two years ago, Maxy was stolen from the owner?s vehicle at a truck stop in Texas.?
