Police watch for racing

Street racing in Tampa is in the spotlight again following a pair of arrests over the weekend. Police say two men were racing each other across the Gandy Bridge; one of them had two children in the car. Now, advocates of safe streets say something needs to be done to crack down on fast drivers.
