New documents released i n Bayshore street racing case

We now know the Mustang that hit and killed a mother and her toddler on Bayshore Boulevard was going 30 to 40 mph, according to accident reconstruction expert. That is much slower speed than the 102 mph originally recorded on the Mustang's internal computer.
