Judge rules 'psychopath' can be used in Jonchuck case

The man accused of killing his daughter was in court Thursday for the first time in a while. Investigators say John Jonchuck killed his 5-year-old daughter four years ago by throwing her off of a bridge near the Sunshine Skyway.  Phoebe Jonchuck drowned after a 60-foot plunge into Tampa Bay.
