Fatal shooting was self defense, deputies say

A man who shot someone to death outside a convenience store Sunday afternoon will not be prosecuted. Investigators say Devonte Duga acted in self-defense when he was attacked by Furious Shell at Family Discount on Martin Luther King Blvd in Haines City, Florida.
