Lakeland Electric: Toxic chemicals leaking from power plant

Lakeland Electric's McIntosh plant, situated on Lake Parker, uses coal to produce energy. The byproduct is gypsum which contains lithium and arsenic and the company said routine testing shows those chemicals are leaking into places where they are not supposed to.
