Wheelchair-accessible observation tower opens in Apollo Beach

Apollo Beach Nature Preserve is a popular spot for hikers and those who enjoy fishing. The park has been closed for awhile, as they built a huge, wheelchair-accessible observation tower that provides panoramic views of the bay.
