Shooter kills four in random attack

Four people are dead including a 3 month old baby after deputies say a man went on a shooting rampage in Polk County. He's now behind bars as investigators try to piece together a motive and figure why he targeted this innocent family. FOX 13's Jordan Bowen has the story.
