Tampa woman pleads guilty in CVS looting

Tampa looter and rioter Promise Goodwine is in court and will be formally sentenced. She was caught on video trashing the CVS store in Fowler. Records show she also looted a Walgreens that night. She was saved from a prison sentence by a doctors note saying she was unfit. Now she is back and she cut a new deal with the state.
