Wind shear keeps Atlantic quiet

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber says there is no tropical formation expected over the next seven days. He says wind shear will prevent tropical waves from developing. The Pacific remains active with Hurricane Simon and newly-formed Tropical Depression 21-E, which is likely to become Trudy.
