Atlantic system may become Kyle

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is watching an area in the Atlantic that has a 50% chance of developing over the next week. He says the system is acquiring some tropical characteristics but is not a pure tropical system. Regardless, Weber said it is moving east, away from the United States. Weber said there is a possibility the system becomes Kyle.
