Pulled funding leaves Pinellas rape exams in flux

A change in how sexual assault survivors get rape kits done in Pinellas Couny could be coming in just a few weeks. County commissioners recently voted to stop funding the non-profit that been doing these exams for a while now. FOX 13’s Ariel Plasencia reports.
