SPCA Tampa Bay found not guilty in Waddles case

A Pinellas County judge found SPCA Tampa Bay not guilty after receiving a civil animal cruelty citation following Waddles the pig being found severely sunburned under shelter care. FOX 13's Briona Arradondo reports.
