Sarasota judge cited in hit-and-run crash

New video shows a judge from Sarasota explaining why he left the scene of a crash last month. The body camera footage was recorded shortly after the incident at Fruitville and Tuttle Road. FOX 13's Kimberly Kuizon reports.
