Welch and Crist prepare for St. Pete Mayoral race, possible runoff

In just under three weeks, voters in St. Petersburg will go to the polls to decide who should be the next mayor. The race is getting pretty hot. Incumbent Ken Welch is trying to fend off a challenge from former Governor Charlie Crist. FOX 13's Evan Axelbank reports.
