U.S. secretary of transportation at Port Tampa Bay

Port Tampa Bay is being primed to be a hub for the shipping industry. Monday, the U.S. secretary of transportation was in Tampa to announce a million-dollar grant for the port. FOX 13's Kylie Jones reports.
