Tampa City Council approves $80M Rays bonds

When it comes to the Rays new stadium, it was a whiplash kind of day at Tampa City Council. First, councilors rejected the bond that councilors approved for the concept just two months ago. But then, they approved it. The back and forth was all because a supportive councilor was sick. FOX 13's Evan Axelbank reports.
