Wind shear keeps Gulf systems at bay

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg is watching an area of interest in the Atlantic that has a 10% chance of developing over the next week. He said even if it does develop it will head out to sea, away from the United States. Osterberg does not expect anything significant to develop over the next week. He said wind shear is keeping systems from forming in the Gulf.
