Water runoff raising concerns amid drought

As a drought in the Tampa Bay Area continues, researchers want to point out ways to reduce water use. One of those ways is by reducing overspraying of your sprinklers. Professor Mary Lusk of the Gulf Coast Research and Education Center talks more about this.
