Concerns of Lake Mirror Promenade deteriorating

The 100-year-old promenade that is a staple of downtown Lakeland is starting to show its age and the city is looking into why it is deteriorating and beginning to crack to save it for the future. FOX 13’s Carla Bayron reports.
