Tampa Bay Ferry ready to set sail

St. Pete City Council signed off Thursday to have Mobro Marine, Inc. complete a temporary dock for the Tampa Bay Ferry along Bayshore Boulevard near the Vinoy. FOX 13's Kailey Tracy reports.
