Mother teaches kids how to swim after son nearly drowns

Childhood drowning remains a constant threat in the Bay Area with water surrounding us. A Riverview instructor whose own son's near drowning changed her life. Now she's making sure financial hurdles don't keep other kids from learning to save themselves. FOX 13's Mark Wilson reports.
