Controlling the mosquito population

Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties are under states of emergency because dengue fever cases continue to rise. Besides spraying for mosquitoes, cities are working on other ways to help reduce the risk. FOX 13's Kailey Tracy reports.
