Public defender accused of theft

She was a veteran working to help other veterans through the public defender's office and the 12th Judicial Circuit Court system. But, the Sarasota Police Department says Jessica McVay broke that trust after she started stealing from a woman behind bars. FOX 13's Kimberly Kuizon reports.
