Best times to fish during hot quarter moon weekend

Capt. Dylan Hubbard with Hubbard's Marina says the best opportunities to fish this weekend come during the early morning or late evening hours. Hubbard says this is when the water will be coolest amidst a quarter moon weekend when we are seeing lots of heat and warm water.
