Plan to renew Temple Terrace's water treatment

A third-party report released last year found Temple Terrace's drinking water contained nearly five times the recommended level of forever chemicals. Now, city leaders are weighing a new plan to overhaul the water system. FOX 13's Jennifer Kveglis reports.
