Cuban earthquake felt in Tampa Bay area

Floridians had quite an unusual experience on Monday afternoon. A 6.1 magnitude earthquake just north of Cuba was felt in parts of the state. FOX 13's Dave Osterberg talked with Dr. Ray Russo, a geophysics professor at the University of Florida, about the unexpected event.
