Author M.F. Gross discusses his bestselling book “Madman,” which revisits the 1949 Palm Harbor murders, Rastus Russell’s escape from the old Pinellas County Jail, and the manhunt that followed through downtown Clearwater. Gross is bringing the story to life during a live event tonight benefiting the Clearwater Historical Society.
