Atlantic system causing gusty winds in Florida

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber does not expect any tropical formation over the next week. He says the Caribbean and Gulf are quiet, but there is an area near the Bahamas that has a less than 20% chance of development and is increasing winds across Florida.
