Commissioners discuss property tax cut proposal

Hillsborough County commissioners say all options are on the table, like layoffs, tax increases or cuts to services, if the property tax reform amendment passes in November. Commissioners discussed the measure for the first time today. FOX 13's Aaron Mesmer reports.
