Quiet tropics due to moving Saharan dust

FOX 13 Meteorologist Valerie Mills says Saharan dust is continuing to make its way to the Caribbean, keeping the tropics quiet. She says deep tropical moisture from the Caribbean will be pulled into the Gulf in the next week, giving a chance of increased rainfall.
