Hurricane Isaias forms in Gulf
FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is keeping an eye on Hurricane Isaias in the Gulf. He says the storm will likely get stronger and organized before it starts to weaken as it moves north due to wind shear. Weber expects Isaias to become a Category 2 or even a Category 3 storm before it weakens. Weber also says the storm will likely expand as it begins to weaken. Isaias is forecast to make landfall along the Gulf Coast on Friday night. Weber said it will bring heavy rain across Alabama and Georgia over the weekend. The Bay Area is under a coastal flood advisory from 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. on Saturday.
