Study helps Polk County connect cities with rail service

Passenger rail services like the Brightline are already connecting Orlando and Miami, and now, talks of an expansion to Tampa are heating up. Local leaders want to make sure Polk County is ready for more visitors and travel. FOX 13’s Carla Bayron reports.
