TAMPA (FOX 13) - It’s going to be a busy weekend in Tampa.
The Gasparilla parade will have pirates invading the city, while hockey fans will be invading downtown.
The NHL All-Star weekend have a lot planned to make it a great experience for fans at Amalie Arena.
The All-Star PreGameis a three-day hockey fan festival that goes Friday through Sunday.
The NHL is transforming Amalie Arena's Silver Parking Lot and Cotanchobee Park with free hockey interactive games, attractions, music, special appearances from the All-Star players, and the Fourth Annual NHL Mascot Showdown.
The Stanlye Cup will be there, along with an exhibition showcasing the history of hockey in Florida, food and other activities.
The schedule of festivities:
Friday, Jan. 26 from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday 12 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Anyone can attend fan fest for free, and a ticket to the All-Star game is not required.
