SPRING HILL, Fla. - A total of six people are recovering from injuries after a crash left two vehicles mangled on Sunday night, according to Hernando County Fire Rescue.

What we know: The crash happened on Spring Hill Dr. in front of Fire Station 5.

Two of the six people who were injured were trapped and had to be rescued before going to the hospital, HCFR said.
