Apple will be unveiling its long-awaited smart home system this month, according to reports.

On Oct. 13, Apple will share its new smart home hub dubbed J490, according to Bloomberg.
The company will also announce its first update to the HomePod mini since the device debuted in 2020.
A new TV box will also be unveiled, according to Reuters.

Apple Duo
Earlier last month, Apple unveiled its newest lineup of iPhones, including a brand-new foldable phone.
The phone opens to a 7.6 inch display that is 80% larger than the newest iPhone 18 Pro. It will let people use an Apple Pencil on the phone, a capability previously reserved only to iPad users.
The Duo starts at $1,999.

Customers can preorder the phones starting on Sept. 12, and the Duo will be available on Oct. 23.
