Positive notes blanket Safety Harbor

Residents of the North Bay Hills subdivision in Safety Harbor woke up to a pleasant surprise Sunday morning. Sticking out from dozens of mailboxes were hand written notes addressed to the residents of the neighborhood.

Brian Bonistalli, who lives in the subdivision, was walking his dogs when he noticed a white sheet of paper in his mailbox.

“I obviously picked the paper off my mailbox this morning and was touched deeply by the effort and messaging that resided on just a plain white sheet of paper,” said Bonistalli.

The cards were signed by an “unknown caring person”, but Bonistalli thinks they were written by children.

“For one day, for one second, for one minute, I felt hope,” Bonistalli added.
