The American Red Cross says it's in "critical need" of blood donation across the country.
More than 550 blood drives were canceled in January due to weather, and that left 16,000 donations uncollected
Now, with the deadly flu season, fewer people are donating blood.
If you're in good health, over 17 years old, and weigh at least 110 pounds, you can donate blood. You can make an appointment online or by calling the Red Cross.
