Snake finds new home inside car

We've all been there, your car won't start. The natural thing to do is pop the hood and try to diagnose the issue.

A man in Bradenton got more than he bargained for this weekend when he did just that. Cynthia Walsh says her husband was on his way to pick up their grandson when the car wouldn't start.

When he looked under the hood he jumped back in surprise as he saw a 3-foot-long Ball Python curled around his engine block.

Surveillance video captured the frightening event.

Handlers from Wildlife Inc responded to the house to help with the situation, but it wasn't easy.

They Python had slithered into the wheel well and curled up in a ball. It took handlers almost an hour to get it out.

The family doesn't know where the snake came from, but are thankful it's gone.
